Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to appointments must be advised 24 hours in advance or a late fee will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
Securing your appointment: Some treatments may require a deposit. If a deposit is required, I will confirm this with you by telephone. Payments can be made by debit or credit card.
Suitability of treatments: Some treatments are unsuitable for clients who may be pregnant or suffer from certain medical conditions. If you are unsure, please telephone me to confirm whether you will need to consult with your GP before booking an appointment.
Change of Treatments at the time of visit: If a cancellation of an additional treatment is made at the time of your visit, you will be liable to the full cost for late cancellation. However, if you decide to change the treatment for another treatment with a similar time, the fee will not apply.
